Welcome to Conscious Wellness Services (“CWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CWS website, digital platforms, programs, products, services, memberships, courses, content, and other offerings.
By accessing our website, purchasing an offering, enrolling in a program or membership, or otherwise using CWS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase or access CWS offerings.
1. About Conscious Wellness Services
Conscious Wellness Services provides coaching, educational, personal-development, transformational, wellness, spiritual, and related experiences designed to support self-awareness, intentional living, mindset development, personal growth, and meaningful transformation.
CWS offerings may include, but are not limited to:
Transformation Experiences and coaching programs
Digital courses and educational programs
The Growth Academy membership
Workshops and transformational experiences
Astrology-based self-discovery and birth-chart reflection
Sacred rituals and mystical practices
Holistic health and well-being education
Conscious entrepreneurship and leadership experiences
Speaking and educational experiences
Other digital, educational, or transformational content offered by CWS
Specific services may be subject to additional terms, agreements, enrollment requirements, or policies.
2. Coaching and Transformational Services
CWS provides coaching and transformational support intended to facilitate reflection, personal growth, awareness, goal development, and intentional action.
Coaching is a collaborative process. CWS does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relational, health, or other outcome.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your participation, decisions, circumstances, implementation, and actions.
A specific coaching engagement may be governed by a separate CWS Client Agreement. Where a Client Agreement applies, its terms govern the specific coaching relationship and the services purchased.
3. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
CWS services and content are educational and transformational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health condition.
CWS does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, or emergency mental health services.
CWS content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified professional regarding circumstances requiring professional advice or care.
Certain CWS offerings may discuss financial wellness, financial protection, or related topics. Educational or coaching content does not replace individualized advice from an appropriately licensed professional.
4. Astrology, Spirituality, and Mystical Practices
Certain CWS offerings may incorporate astrology, spiritual practices, meditation, ritual, symbolism, energy-based practices, intuitive reflection, or other contemplative or mystical approaches.
These offerings are provided for personal reflection, education, exploration, and transformational purposes.
Astrology-based services provided by CWS are intended as tools for self-discovery and reflection and are not presented as guarantees or predictions of future events.
Participation in spiritual, ritual, or mystical practices is voluntary, and you are responsible for determining what practices are appropriate for you.
5. Digital Products and Courses
Digital courses, programs, recordings, downloadable materials, workbooks, meditations, audio content, and other digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated in writing.
Because digital products may provide immediate access to content, digital product purchases are nonrefundable once access to the course or its materials has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased digital product, please contact CWS so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publicly display, record for redistribution, or commercially exploit CWS digital content without prior written permission.
6. CWS Growth Academy™ Membership
CWS Growth Academy™ is a recurring membership that provides members with access to designated digital content and resources during their active membership period.
By enrolling in CWS Growth Academy™, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the membership option and billing schedule presented at enrollment.
You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not result in a refund or prorated credit for the current membership period. You will continue to have access to the membership through the end of the period for which you have already paid, subject to the applicable membership terms.
Membership content may be added, removed, updated, or changed from time to time as CWS develops and improves the experience.
CWS Growth Academy™ access is personal to the subscribing member and may not be shared, transferred, copied, or redistributed.
Attempting to circumvent membership access controls, sharing login credentials, recording or redistributing protected member content, or otherwise providing unauthorized access may result in termination of membership without refund.
7. Payments and Purchases
By purchasing a CWS offering, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.
Prices, payment schedules, installment options, and membership terms will be presented at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for maintaining a valid payment method when required.
CWS reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel or modify an order affected by an obvious error.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
CWS coaching and Transformation Experiences are governed by a separate CWS Client Agreement provided to clients as part of the enrollment process.
The Client Agreement establishes the applicable terms for the coaching relationship, including payment, scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund provisions.
Where a specific written agreement applies to a CWS service, the terms of that agreement will govern that particular service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on or through CWS—including written materials, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, meditations, courses, workbooks, logos, branding, website content, frameworks, program materials, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to CWS unless otherwise indicated.
CWS content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase or access to a CWS offering grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the applicable materials for their intended personal or educational purpose.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit CWS intellectual property without prior written permission.
10. Personal Use and Account Security
If an offering requires an account or login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree not to share your account credentials or provide unauthorized access to another person.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and agree to notify CWS if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
11. Website Use
You agree to use the CWS website and services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website or its content to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Introduce malicious code or harmful technology
Copy or reproduce protected content without permission
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with CWS
CWS reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its website or offerings when reasonably necessary to protect CWS, its clients, members, community, or systems.
12. Testimonials and User Contributions
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, comment, photograph, video, or other content to CWS, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
CWS will not use your testimonial or identifying information for promotional purposes beyond the permissions you have provided.
Where appropriate, CWS may request separate permission before publicly using your name, image, testimonial, or other identifying information.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
CWS may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, website technology, scheduling systems, email services, membership platforms, and social media platforms.
CWS does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their policies, availability, security, content, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
14. Privacy
Your use of CWS services may involve the collection and processing of personal information.

15. No Guarantee of Results
CWS provides educational, coaching, and transformational experiences, but does not guarantee specific results.
Examples of potential outcomes discussed in CWS materials are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of individual results.
Your experience and results will depend on your individual circumstances, participation, decisions, actions, and other factors outside the control of CWS.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CWS and its owners, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, services, products, programs, memberships, or content.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CWS and its owners, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of CWS services or content, or violation of another person's rights.

CWS may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, practices, legal requirements, or business operations.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website or CWS services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These General Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable Client Agreement, purchase terms, membership terms, policies, or other written agreements expressly incorporated into your CWS experience, constitute the applicable agreement between you and CWS concerning the relevant services or offerings.
If there is a conflict between these General Terms and a specific written Client Agreement, the specific Client Agreement will control with respect to that coaching relationship.
