This course is designed to help you heal emotional wounds, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your inner child for deeper self-love, empowerment, and spiritual growth. Each week focuses on a different aspect of inner child healing, combining guided meditations, journaling prompts, and exercises to support your journey. By the end of this course you will have a renewed connection with your inner child you can continue to strengthen through out your life.

  • This course is designed for anyone seeking to reconnect with and heal their inner child. Whether you're new to inner child work or have previous experience with emotional healing, this course provides tools and guidance for deeper self-awareness, healing past wounds, and cultivating self-love

  • The course consists of 4 lessons, designed to be completed over 4 weeks. Each lesson has 7 chapters, one for each day, allowing yourself time to engage and reflect with the material every day for 7 days before moving on to the next. This pace ensures you have the space to absorb, practice, and integrate the teachings into your daily life.

  • The course is flexible and designed to fit into your schedule. Each day includes a short guided meditation, 2 journaling prompts to be answered, and an exercise. All this can take around 30-60 minutes in total each day. You are encouraged to spend additional time reflecting and integrating the material as needed.
